Harban Singh

Harban Singh has a strong multinational background in both manufacturing operations and human resource management. He was trained by the GE Management School of training and was one of the key trainers in Malaysia under the Jack Welch initiative of “Work-Out RESTRUCTURING” exercise. He has traveled widely in all five continents and conducted training for several world class organizations such as GE, Shell, Intel, Dell, Mercedes, Panasonic, Titan and Star Publications.

Choong Loo Kong holds a B.A (Hons., Malaysia), Cert. In Education (Kirkby, U.K.) Dip. in Management Consulting (Germany), Cert. in Training Skills & Techniques (U.K.), Cert. in Executive Development Programme (Korea), Cert. in Personnel Management Practices ILO/APO (India), Cert. in Advanced Management Consulting, NPB/JICA (Singapore), Cert. in Integrated Productivity Improvement Kaizen (Tokyo).
Mr. Choong possesses more than 40 years of extensive experience in training, HRD, design and conduct of in-house training courses for organizations throughout Malaysia. He specializes in Training Methodology, Communication, Leadership, Human Relations, Creative Thinking and small group activities.
Having served in the private and quasi-government sectors, Mr. Choong has been a teacher, a Personnel Manager and a Senior Consultant, the latter was a position held with National Productivity Corporation, Petaling Jaya. Currently, Mr. Choong is an Associate Training Consultant with MIHRM and conducts training courses regularly in public and in-house management programmes.
He is a certified advanced Human Resource Practitioner (consultant) with the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).

management planning and assessment projects, talent management optimizations, talent

Prior to establishing COSEVEIG Consulting and COSEVEIGCSHRM, Hj. Azizan developed an
extensive background in business and operations process management, talent management
and human resources. He held roles as Country HR Leader for General Electric (GE) Plastics,
Group HR General Manager for a Khazanah Nasional Co., Senior Manager OD & Succession
Planning for MIMOS (Malaysian Institute for Microelectronic Systems), Senior HR Manager at
Philips Semiconductors Malaysia, Senior HR Manager at Emerson Process Management and
Principal Consulting with the Human Performance Consulting. He also has an extensive
background in talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management,
leadership development, succession planning, compensation and workforce planning and six
sigma and lean management.

Awards: Human Rsource Minister’s Award 2003, National Human Resource Development
Award 2005, Human Resource Achievement Award 2010.
Hj. Azizan has facilitated speaking engagements and workshops on HR, Performance
Management, Talent Recruitment, Talent Management and Succession Planning for
